“Even from my sick bed, even if you are going to lower me into the grave and I feel something is going wrong, I will get up.”
This was the kind of determination and will our founding father had in him, and this was also why Singapore is able to be where it is now, standing tall amongst giants on a global platform.
As we bid our last goodbyes to our first Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew, I hope that we continue living harmoniously in the nation he has built, and appreciate all that’s around us. Less grumbling, more thanksgiving.
To those who constantly complain/hate/are unappreciative of Mr Lee and his efforts, I say to you, pack your bags and go live in a 3rd world country. I’d like to see the difference you can make there.
Once again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for this little red dot. Rest in peace, Ah gong. #RIPLKY #thankyouLKY #OneSingapore #WITHMYLIFE (at Farewell, Mr Lee Kuan Yew (1923-2015))

There needs to be a phrase for “I acknowledge your apology and appreciate it but it does not make things better.” instead of just saying “It’s okay.” all the time.
I recognize the council has made an apology, but given that it is a stupid ass apology, I have elected to ignore it.
thank you director fury
